Comments Thread For: Shane Mosley: Defying Time, Time and Again

By Ryan ******** - Both Shane Mosley and Andre Berto share the same birthday, September 9, twelve years apart. When the two meet up on January 30th in Las Vegas, Mosley will once again have to prove that he is closer to his prime than social security. Against an unbeaten, 26-year-old opponent, a single grain of sand in the hour glass of time can make the difference between an Indian Summer and a one way ticket to Shady Acres Retirement Home. Mosley: The Ageless Warrior

Although Mosley is past his prime he's still better than 50% of the fighters out there. This kat even at 38 comes to ****. It's phucked up even after all he's given the sport he still doesn't get the respect he deserves. Keep it 100% Sugar Shane.

Sugar Shane is the greatest welterweight since Trinidad, probably greater than him too, since his biggest welterweight win came at the end of 12 against DLH,in which he was schooled for 9 rounds straight!!

            Berto gets stopped

I can tell that Shane is very confident going into this fight with BERTO and he should be. I have a feeling that Shane will be the last man standing when all the 147 smoke clears and settles. Pacman and Floyd will both retire before Shane retires, and Cotto is already talking about his retirement plans after two more fights. Shane will beat Berto, and beat whoever the other titlest is and completely unify the titles at 147 and be undisputed. Shane is already an All time great and will continue to add to his legacy by fighting everyone to prove he is the best..

                mmm

its shame that mosley has to wait on the sidelines after beating margo paquiao ducking him just like floyd did and now that the people its claming paquiao vs floyd mosley is in the backburner when in all actuality should have been mosley vs paquiao for the big bucks nice article dude

Shane is going down as one of the greatest point blank, I think we can all agree he carried the title "SUGAR" very well throughout his careeer
