Why can't Pac-Mayweather be July 3rd???

So Pacquiao decides to run for office and wont fight in May. They want to either have it March 13th...or push it all the way back to september. My question is Why all the way back to september???

What's wrong with july 3rd??? It'll be after Pacquiao's ****** elections, enough for both camps to have their standard 8week training camps. It'll also be just barely halfway through the year. Neither fighter will have to take any tuneup fights from inactivity. It'll take advantage of the july 4th holiday since Mayweather is american and supposedly the sport's biggest draw. Why not take advantage of the american holiday???

I dont think you can have it in July if the election is in May. You think he's not going to do anything politicaly? He cant just win and say, "ok I won now. Nevermind your needs, Ill be training for the next 2 months and we'll see what happeneds after that".

They also would probably want to get him some regular rest after that. You cant do all that campaigning and then go straight to camp to fight the best guy in the sport in a short amount of time
