He fought the real Margacheato, you know the one without plaster...Quintana??? The same guy who beat him the first time around...and I don't think anybody is really considering Quantana to be an Elite fighter at that....Verno Phillips was a shell of himself...Winky is old and hadn't fought in damn near 2 years.....

What people need to understand is there is more to be gained for Paul Williams if these fights were made. Both Pacquiao and Mayweather bring far more to the table than he does.

For that reason they don't have a responsibility to fight him. People can claim that he is being ducked till their blue in the face the point is he brings nothing to the table.

Rather than b!tch about people in the WW not fighting him he should try and establish a name for himself in the higher weights, work on being able to bring something to the table.
