i'm just curious why everyone is so pissed at this fight??? i watched the YouTube replay ... did i miss something?

Danny Green getting away with punching Roy on the back of the head knocking him down, then Danny Green gets a stoppage from punching gloves. Nuff Said! Its the first ****ing round of a fight, Roy was not near-death in the first round when his opponent is busy punching gloves.

Not at all. Clear and easy decision for the ref.

Some people must have lost some $$$ and use these forums as a place to cry.

BHop won't fight Green, but I think it'd be an easy win for him. BHop knows how to keep his gloves up.

i don't get how you think he like purposely rabbit punched him. He was standing in front of RJJ. In all honesty..why do u think Jones was against the ropes? Did you see when the ref split them up, Roy stumbled into the ropes again

As I said it was the first round of a fight, this is no Watson/Eubank fight where Roy was taking damage through out the fight. Who has ever died from getting KO'd in the first round? Especially when they weren't even hit that much.

buddy ... i just rewatched it again ... and when the ref broke up the action after the flurry that followed the KD ... man Roy was stumbling backwards till he hit the ropes ... he was definitely hurt ... i like Roy, but he was super hurt and i don't want any harm to come to him, he was out of it with 1 min left... i'm sad i don't get to watch BHOP vs RJJ

Would certainly be an easier fight than his other options, Haye, Adamek and Dawson. But it wouldn't do much for his legacy and I can't think of any other reason he'd still be boxing.
