I don't think that was hopkins at 100%. I am NOT saying hopkins would beat david haye, but hopkins hasn't fought in over a year and more importantly, hopkins has always looked less than stellar in fights that don't mean much compared to his big fights. A perfect example is when he fought Keith Holmes just prior to Trinidad, he was boring, sloppy, the crowd was booing....then in his big fight when he's the underdog against Trinidad he put on one of the greatest boxing clinics in modern times.
Is Bhop Going Senile?

Hopkins hasn't knocked out anyone since he knocked out a blown up De La Hoya over 5 years ago and since moving to LHW he hasn't shown any tremendous power and all of his fights have gone the distance.
He won't carry any power into the HW division. Adamek or Haye quickly put him into retirement.Comment

Something to keep him motivated, I'm all for it. Honestly...a blown up 45 year old BHop would be far and away the most talented heavyweight in the division...Last edited by StrongSauce; 12-02-2009, 10:23 PM.Comment
