"We have proven that it is not only pure power(strength) that is being used in this sport but also intelligence and psychology of fighting. Even feeling so much pain, i never let it show during the fight that im also being affected by his punches"
"because of that we were able to make Cotto believed that Manny Pacquiao was not affected/hurt by whatever punches he throw and in the end, wewon in the 12th round of the fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas"
"WE have done it because of our collective faith in each other and our unwavering faith in the Almighty God, from whom came from and coming from all the blessings we are receiving being one nation and one race."
Take note of the use of the word "we", (highlights supplied), to Filipinos using that instead of "i" is a sign of humility, never bragging never seen or heard owning/gobbling all the credits even if it truly deserves. thats manny pacquiao to all of you.Comment

Manny Pacquiao in Tagalog??
Like others have said, Tagalog is Manny's (and most Filipinos') 2nd Language. People raised outside of Manila and its immediate neighboring provinces speak one of many different dialects which serve as their primary language.
And yeah, Manny talks smart and sensibly in Tagalog. None of those "That's Not What He Asked You" moments we often get when he's interviewed in english

Bisaya is his first language, Tagalog and Ilonggo (hiligaynon) are second, and English is third...Like others have said, Tagalog is Manny's (and most Filipinos') 2nd Language.
