          Land investments are always good......and golf courses are acres & acres of land. Boats are worse Cars....I've never heard of a Classic boat unless its a freaking Gal-eon ship from the 1500's.

            I disagree.. if Mayweather bought himself a pirate ship.. and took out the cannon room, made it into an underground basketball court. he could more then double his profit! who ever heard of a 18th century ship with a basketball court?
