Will Hopkins face Dawson?

Everytime it's been mooted in the past his fans have said "Hopkins doesn't need Dawson" yet in my eyes Hopkins needs to fight Dawson or retire because he isn't fighting the best at his weight.

Either that or face Haye and I'm not sure on that one............
