    I can't really understand why Pacquiao want to enter politics. It can't be for mnney since he can earn a hell of a lot more by fighting. Respect and legacy? He's already got it by being a legendary fighter. Maybe it stems from a genuine desire to help but he can't just see that there are better ways to do it. IDK. Maybe it's his childhood dream or something.

      I think it's obvious he's a puppet who is being controlled by larger interests because of he's a hero to the Philippines, which is so corrupt it might as well be run by Tony and Junior Soprano.

      He's a hero because of boxing and he should stay in boxing until his skills start to slip. He'll find out right away that as soon as he leaves boxing for politics, half the people who loved him will end up hating him.
