Not going to happen. Anderson should stick to KOing neo ****s. Dana White knows the truth that's why he blocked this fight.

Stand-up includes boxing, kicking, kneeing, elbowing, clinching etc.. Silva has excellent stand-up, watch some of his training, he has complete package, beautifull kicks and knees, good elbows, and really good hands (for muay thai, there is big difference between thai boxing and pure boxing).

Boxing only includes boxing, and Silva is good boxer, but not on the world champion level like RJJ, he is on a high amateur level, maybe he could get some wins against bums, but RJJ is too much for him, shot to pieces or not.

            Wrong about Silva.

Let's see him try his "perfect standup" against a K1 fighter. Let's say Prime Aerts vs. Silva.

I know about Thai boxing and MMA and K1. And have trained in all of them. UFC clowns are not at high level THAI or DUTCH kickboxing levels. Sorry.

Anderson vs Spong, that would be good fight to see how good is Silva's stand-up.

Aerts is heavyweight, to big for Anderson.

And they should make it fair, allow kicking.

Don't get it twisted, Roy would still ROYALLY whoop Silva's ass in a boxing ring. Make it happen!

Now don't trash is stand up lead I do think for MMA, he is as good as it gets as far as standup goes.

I don't think its worth it. if RJJ gets his ass beat by Sylvia, mma ***gits will never let boxing fans live it down even tho RJJ is shot to pieces.

RJJ should just retire and save face.
True, but if RJJ wins, it's never ending bragging rights. A prime MMGay fighter against a shot boxer, with RJ dominating.

                      If it's a boxing match, it's low risk-high reward. If it's a kickboxing match, it's high risk-high reward.
