Shouldn't have been stopped. Green wasn't penetrating Roy's guard effectively with that barrage. Still, Roy should retire. No punch resistance and no reflexes.

        Roy Jones Jr, PLEASE retire

Roy, why are you doing this? You were a great, great champion in your prime why do you keep boxing even though you're so much over the hill that you get beat up by poor opponents? It's really sad to be honest. It's too bad that so few boxers can call it quits when they're at, or just slightly past their prime. I really hope this was your last bout and that you can finally retire. You should have done so after the Ruiz-fight, on the top of the world, though.

Thanks for all the great fights, you'll go down in history as one of the greatest of this era. This is the Roy Jones I'll remember:

I didn't. I hung from the ceiling in anger, because i never saw this "special" occasion happen. It will again, soon.

All things must come to an end. Good or bad.

            Bye Roy!

That makes it even worse imo. There's nothing worse then seeing a great champion getting beat up by some bum when they're far past their prime.

A very sad day indeed. Just about the same feeling as seeing him get toyed with by Calzaghe.

Please retire Roy. I don't want to see you get hurt or humiliated anymore. I'm tired of seeing you getting used as a stepping stone.

Roy never stood a chance against B-Hop. Roy was great, time we all accept that not everyone can fight at an elite level at the age of 40 and over.
