I would love to say Morales can beat anyone at 135 except Castillo ofcourse but it really hard. I think he wants to make history. I think he would be the first Mexican to win Championships in 4 diff. weight divisions. If he does do this it would put him right next to Chavez as the best out of Mexico.
Erik Morales wants WBC lightweight title.. Even if Corrales wins.

Me too! I know Corrales has power and size over him but he's had that on all his opponents. Very few of them had the savvy of Morales.Originally posted by .::|ULTIMATE|::.I can also see him beating Corrales.
My only reservation is if Morales would be the same fighter we've seen in the past with yet another move up in weight. And he's at the point in his career where his age could show on him any minute.
It's worth it for him to challenge these guys in my opinion because they're big fights and he'll make good money but he must remain honest and have influential people around him to force him to face facts and give it up when that time comes.
If he doesn't, he could be hurt or absorb losses to fighters he never would have lost to under normal circumstances.Comment
