this is going to be an interesting fight,briggs from australia a former kcikboxing worldchamp and the WBC #1 ranked challenger takes on adamek WBC #4 from poland for the title tarver vacted to fight johnson, should be an interesting fight and the begining of a new era in lightheavy

Don't know much about the Polish guy. Seems like he's never fought 15 minutes past his house. Maybe Briggs has a slight edge?

Hey, I apologize, I guess I came off sounding like an *******. That wasn't intentional. I am actually interested to see who wins this fight. Just wanted to clarify that one point.

Always cool to see prospects in action . Have you ever seen the Polish guy fight? I wouldn't imagined that any of his fights have been widely televised.

i have seen a couple of clips but that never really tells you much and your right his opposition hasn't exactly been the best around, i have heard some confusing things in the build up to this fight with briggs saying he was working the technical aspect of his fight and adamek saying that if briggs comes to brawl or streetfight he will knock him out,

i know this much, briggs is not an evasive fighter and will cetainly not run from his opponents whilst at the same time has experience in dealing with fighters who do fight this way. he has recently done a lot of sparring work with fomer WBA supermiddle champ anthony mundine who is very fast and very evasive, and the polish guy is talking up his chances of a KO win so it's looks to be an exciting fight

I've never seen either guy but I'll be there at the United Center that day. I wonder if HBO will show the fight or if they'll show Moorer vs. Oquendo?
