Of course...just like "headlines" that make this site not being the most accurate more times than people want to admit. But fans of both sides will jump at every opportunity to make either Pac or Floyd look like he's ducking the other. First it was Floyd not wanting to fight in March and Pac fans blowin loads. Then Pac's Lawyer (not Pacquiao) says he doesn't want to fight in March or May, now Floyd fans blow their loads.

Nobody here knows exactly what's going on with the behind the scenes of prepping for this fight. It's just 2 weeks since the Cotto fight, a lot could happen in a month or month and a half.
