    AVI "Compressors"

    Alot of the .AVI type video files that appear in the Downloads section will not run (exzcept audio) in Quicktime.

    A dialog box tells me that I don't hav the right "compressor".

    What's do you suggest?

      get divx player.always worked for me

        Go to freecodecs.com and download a codec pack. Play in wmp.

          try windows media player. go to tools and select play all file types and it should work.
