Why are British prospects always put in with fighters that wont take their career anywhere.

Mezaache was lucky that he got the decision over Thaxton, Murray just beat Thaxton, what is the point. It will go rounds and Murray will probably get a mid to late round KO.

    So predictable and pointless.

Its a title I suppose, but it doesnt carry the same prestige it used to,so I guess you're right.
Murray is ready for a stiffer test than Mezaache is going to offer up.

Its a shame that we dont get the good domestic fights we used to. Mitchell v Murray would be preferable to Mitchell v Prescott or Murray v Mezaache. I think its a number of things, but mainly that boxing never gets any mainstream, primetime exposure. Benn-Watson etc. were big saturday night events on itv when i were a lad!

Its a ****in joke. The guy has had 28 fights and he is fighting guys like Thaxton and Scott Lawton? if he is as good as they are hyping him to be then lets see him in a real test against a good contender.

Let see him against a Katsidis, Kevin Mitchell, Vicente Escobedo, Breidis Prescott or even an aged but experience fighter like Jorge Barrios
