      No. If anything, Margarito ruined himself by going into the fight with Mosley out of shape and not mentally there. Margarito took more punishment against guys like Clottey and Antonio Diaz than he did against Cotto. You guys make such a big deal out of this. You could also make a case for Mosley ruining Cotto. Because even though Mosley came up short, he showed everybody the strategy to use against Cotto when he had him retreating in the later rounds.

        I would agree Margarito got too high on his victory and his invinciblity after manhandling Cotto.

          yes I do think BOTH fighters took something from each other that night....that was a brutal fight!!....the brutality in that scrap is underrated!!

            Well we gotta give Mosley credit,because he chopped that tree down.Cotto didnt go to the body with Antonio..Overall I think that Cotto couldv'e softened him up in that bout though..
