Plus Pacquiao tends to have to throw first in order to do major damage, Paul always throws first and with alot of punches to follow. I think if Paul keeps kis workrate high Pacman will definitely have more problems. Cotto gave Pacquiao too much time to think because Cotto knew every exchange would be dangerous with Pacquiao.
