How can you negotiate a contract with two opposing camps, get the contract signed, find a venue negotiate the terms with the venue, and promote a fight all in time for a minimum 8-week training camp in a span of 3 months for an 80+ million dollar fight... are they serious??? this has to be a ploy...right??

Exactly what I was thinking. It's absurd to think of putting together and properly promoting a mega-fight like this for March. It doesn't make any sense.

I would think Pacquiao would need the time to heal. He beat Cotto, but he was not unscathed. To hype a fight as big as Pacquiao vs Mayweather, you need a few months. I think May would've been perfect.
