Matthew Hatton doesn't even have any fans. Not even in the UK. It wouldn't sell out a stadium. Might sell out a small car park though.

I dunno about you guys but I'll be going to see this if it ever materialises. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to see one of the best fighters of this era live in our country.

As long as it doesn't force any conflictions with the real fights that are on the table for spring then I don't see why anyone would bother criticising it. It's a Hopkins v Ornelas except with the focus on promotion rather than tuning up, that's all.

There will be at least one person in the Kwik-Save car park.

Is this a rumor? Or is this fight actually going to take place?

I hope this fight isn't happening. If Floyd really does this, he is by far the greatest cherry picker off all time. Like who the **** is Mathew Hatton????

I agree here for the UK fans. It islike spring training games. They go play one in japan or England to give those fans a taste of the american sport or american stars. Matthew hatton does not have a following like hi brother that is for sure but they might throw a fight on the under card that will be worth watching for the British fans. I for one am not a FMJ fan by any means. But I do not see this a bad opportunity as long as the PAC fight gets put on the calendar for later in the year. If this is what both fighters will do to keep busy whi8le PAC becomes a politician then so be it. Niether of them want the other saying there was a distraction to take away from one beating the other and the legacy gained from it....I think this works for both of them....Lefty
