I dont think you can fully judge Floyd's prime until after his next fight. He definatly doesnt look as good since moving to WW but I still think the fact that he was coming into the ring at 146 was a promblem. Now he has grown into his body more so I think he could start to look like he did at the other weights. However, he's just not that big of a dude and he's near his cut off limit for weight. Therfore he may be better than he was at the lower weights but he still might not look as good because physicaly he could still have alot of problems with these super strong guys like Mosley who are much more natural at that weight

So? the arsenal he put out against Gatti he could have put out against Oscar, or Hatton or JMM...But it seems he chose not to.. It was like he fought pissed off and recently he has been fighting cautious

No they werent.. Oscar was doing his usual arm slap for the fans, JMM was just plain confused and Hatton did the usual dive in head first... If floyd truly wanted to punish any of those 3 like he did Gatti i think he could have. I think he tried to carry all 3 TBH. Especially Marquez

                    130-140 was his best.

Not just physically, but mentally as well. Floyd in the lower weight divisions was still hungry to prove himself and to entertain the crowd to make his name known. Now, he just plays it safe.

If Floyd fought the way he did against Chico.

Floyd stopped using his jab also which would have helped him against Oscar and Hatton. And of course there was a lack of combination punches while moving at certain distances to make room for him to counter.
That's why it was good to see him bring back the jab when he fought JMM...which was said was influenced by Sr. coming to camp.

He just does enough to win now. He takes off rounds and calculates much more.
