The size of the fist has very little bearing on punching power. It is negligible.

It's a moot point, not worth discussing.

Internet tough guy who is in better shape the most of you. I jog every day for about 7-8 miles if not more. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I take care of my body. Unlike alot of boxing fans who share the same damn shape of Dan Rafael and could give two ****s about staying in shape.

If a punch connects flush all the pressure will be put onto a smaller area of the padding of the glove rather than the larger surface of the glove which would happen with larger fists.

As someone else said power is derived from forearms & hip rotation etc but when the fist connects the smaller the better for direct power.

so what, no need to come telling us all about it making idle threats from behind your computer, i am in good shape, boxed competivly for 5 years... doesnt matter,

p.s running loads doesnt make you punch hard so i dont see the relevance

see the man in your sig, if having a smaller fist is really that much better then why bother getting his hand so full of wraps?

anyway, i dont think his fist is small enough to cause any of the 'pin' point pressure difference like you and rossboi are talkin about
