SERGIO MARTINEZ is an Extremely live dog

idk why but everyone seems to forget about the first Williams-Quintana fight.

Ever stop to think that maybe if Williams doesnt blow Quintana out in the first round of the rematch, he has another tough fight? How many times have we seen a fighter nearly blow someone out in round 1, and go on to nearly lose the fight? (Pacquiao-Marquez for starters)

Martinez is the same kind of fighter as Quntana but better. and slicker. Martinez isnt going to just stand there for Williams like Wright did.

I personally am picking Martinez by decision in a good fight.

And also, MINTO is a live dog on the undercard but less so. Im goin with Arreola early KO but MINTO can punch and he will have some oppurtunities to land his shots.

Next saturday is a very interesting night of fights

Wright was a perfect opponent for Williams. No power, old, and as you said stands in fron of an opponent. Martinez should be a challenge for Williams although Im wondering why its not at 154..probably an atempt to reduce the speed/mobility of Martinez. Paul hasnt been in with great young opposition so this should be an interesting fight to watch how he does.

he will struggle immensely IMO. but i wouldn't be surprised if Williams gets his rhythm together and starts spankin that ass in the late rounds.

          Martinez is gonna whoop Williams.

He is much better than Quintana and much bigger too. Quintana picked Williams apart and I will be surprised if Martinez doesn't do the same.

I agree, but Williams has been sparring Quintana to prepare for Martinez. The only Martinez fight I have seen was vs. Cintron and I believe he was robbed. Martinez likes to dance around with his hands down and isn't active all 3 minutes.

He won about 8 rounds, but Cintron did win rounds. Williams is a lot faster and better.
