How the hell does the ref not see loose tape on Funeka's glove for an entire round, but breaks them up for an invisible hair on Guzman's glove?!?

I thought the same thing. I was like how can you miss that tape? And then he grabs Guzman's glove and I'm not sure he did anything?

I can't recall a single time tape has EVER injured a fighter during a fight.

So, I didn't stress it much, regardless of what should have happened. Also, keep in mind. At some points, Funeka is too busy to call it a lull in the action.

Doesn't matter if you've seen it or not. You don't want to be the fighter that gets his eye injured because of a lazy ref.
