    Oumna Vs. Hopkins

If these 2 guys fight who would win? Style wise I can't quite figure out how they would match up. Ouma smothers his opponents with fairly weak punches and has the stamina to throw 1200 punches in a fight, add to that one of the best chins around. Hopkins the master boxer counter puncher. About the only thing I think is evident in this matchup is neither one would be knocked out, but who do you all think would win if this matchup replaces Taylor Vs. Hopkins?

Ouma has been knocked out before. I see Hopkins winning this fight one of two ways. Either he beats him at his own game, or he takes him out of his game and wears him down until the ref waves the fight off in the 10th..

Yeah. I see it similarly. Hopkins has far too much experience at this point in his career to make any mistakes against Ouma. Kassim will pressure him, but Nard will escape, or like you say: Fight fire with fire. Very hard for me to digest him losing this fight to the young prospect.

He would beat Taylor IMO, but not the experienced Executioner.

        Hopkins by UD

He'l control Ouma every round, because the size advantage would be too much.I think Hopkins has four inches on Ouma.

Ouma's punchrate and stamina would surely cause problems for the 40yr old B-hop.That's why I doubt the fight gets made, because Hopkins plans to fight 2-3 more times before he retires, and why would he fight this type of a fighter, who's not a big name as one of his last fights?

The thing is Hopkins likes when a fighter throws everything they got at him the first few rounds, because he tires them out while countering to win rounds. I know Ouma has crazy stamina, but if this fight did happen, I wouldn't be surprised if Hopkins found a way to wear him down.

Hop is too much for Ouma...who would either be stopped or badly beaten for 12 rounds. Too big, too smart, too skilled...
