    Roy Jones is in trouble

Danny Green is way better than Lacy (though Roy did look pretty serious in that bout and good for him). Green's headmovement, and sharklike swiftness of foot in the way he attacks will be helpful. Green's punches are also very short and well placed, and fairly fluid. The main thing is, he's mean to go with it. He has the skills but also the will to use them. Roy is in serious trouble. I hope he trained very strenuously. Roy should not even be favored to win in my estimation. Green will likely wn by KO is my bet. If Roy wins, to me, it is a big win, and as long as he doesn't take too much damage he could beat Hopkins.

But if Roy is lazy, which is definitely conceiveable, he will get KO'd. Green is serious.

Roy still at this age is at least 3x as fast as green...the deciding factor to me is that Roy didnt get his sparring mates into Australia...thats a huge setback. But i watched some of his training this week and roy looks FAST! dont count him out for real.

I think you're underestimating Green's speed to be fair. Green looked pretty quick under Roy in Roy's last fight. But though Roy is quicker of hand, his feet he barely uses anymore. He will have to be intent on countering Green with devastating shots off the ropes because his head movement and foot movement are not as reliable as they used to be. I mean, Roy is really going to have to get nasty to win this, because that is what Green is prepared to do. Loooking flashy won't cut it.

The Australians actually do believe Green can win. They must not be huge fans of Roy down their since when they did the commercial on one of their channels I was streaming a football game on they mentioned Greens name first... Anyways my prediction stands Roy Jones Jr by decision win. I say about 9-3 on the scorecards.

I'd be willing to put a small 10K bet that Jones wins this fight if you like, or 50K that Jones does not lose by KO.

I haven't seen anything from Green that would suggest he's going to give Jones trouble. The only way the latter loses is if he gets lazy.

I been saying that since Roy and Green signed contracts to fight. I don't think it's going to be a walk in a park for Jones what so ever. People on all the forums are saying Green is a bum and whatever, I don't believe that. Green will have a lot to prove fighting at home, so Jones definitely has to be on his A-Game with some killer instinct, because if it goes to decision he could get robbed again.

Judging from Green's last fight....he don't look all that dangerous.
