Manny has momentum changing pop in his punches even at Welterweight. I noticed it as soon as he started tagging Oscar. Oscar was hesitant to let his hands go. Manny Pacquiao had as much to do with that as him (Oscar) not being able to "pull the trigger". You all seen what happened once Manny started to put them hands on Ricky. And the look in Miguel's face changed shortly after he thought it would be a good idea to trade with Manny.

Manny's fast enough to hang with Floyd and at some point during the fight, he's going to land those "momentum changing" shots. And when he does, he'll take over the fight. I like Manny's short right hook over Floyd's jab to the body.
