Guzman doesnt deserve to be on HBO after pulling that stunt against Campbell. Campbell can barely get a fight on Showtime when he delivers in every figt, but Guzman gets a fight against Funeka who lost to Campbell on HBO? This doesnt make any damn sense!
Guzman build too much muscle and couldn't get down to 135. I respect the fact that Nate wanted to fight but Guzman was reported to have been coughing up blood, he was in no condition to fight. By the way, Funeka is a more dangrous opponent to Guzman then Nate.

I agree, not once or twice but 3 times. Sadly, we're getting once a year.

Ive been saying this since they announced the Funeka fight. This is a must win for him. I didn't even know he has been fighting over 12 yrs. That says alot right there. He still will be lucky to get a big name even with a win, because what do they have to gain?

Guzman would have annhilated Nate. Campbell is lucky he didn't make the weight.

INACTIVITY, HIS OWN FAULT, HE WOULD HAVE BEAT HIM IF, IF HE TRAINS HARD, RING RUST, BUT HE BEAT BARRIOS AND SOTO....I think these will be the discussions after the fight.

Its mostly the ignorant *****s who have short memory here.

The *****s are easy to recognize anyway.

If Guzman wins this fight he needs to be entertaining while doing it. I see gifs of him punching Soto on the inside, and maybe he was a little more crowd pleasing in that fight than I give him credit for. It's just that when it got down to the late rounds, he didn't engage that much and Soto constantly pursued him around the ring. Guzman stunk it out in that one in my view, and I stand by that opinion.

don't listen to all the reports, they lie or mislead much more often then they tell the truth. It wasn't blood that kept him out of the ring, it was compensation and the prospect of losing without a chance to win a belt that caused them to withdraw! Think about it, they could have called the fight off the day b4, if guzman was sick or killed himself to make weight! they considered still fighting but the CAmbell camp wanted money on top of it being a nontitle fight! That killed it for guzman I'm sure. And that was the word from people actually there on fight day
