When do you plan on stepping it up, and going for a belt?

For a Junior Middleweight, from what I have seen, Shawn's footwork and head movements are crazy. When people were comparing his style to Cotto and I haven't seen Shawn fight yet, I was expecting to see a plodder, with no head movement, no footwork, just comes forward all the time and goes to the body...but when I saw footage of Shawn I was like "What!? Miguel Cotto??? he's way too fast"! I remember it was you who posted the vid also and i replied to that post saying that.

the way they make the sport work says you have to build your record before you get shots. big amateur experience says you can do it at 18 or 20 wins instead of 28 or 30 so i think 6 or 7 more fights befire a big time fight. no promoters will put in a top prospect against a top prospect on small money shows. so we have to build against the journey guys and the gatekeepers. but i still think any man can beat any man on any given night. ive see dudes get knocked out against guys who were supposed to be "bums" aint nobody that steps through the ropes to fight another man a bum. it takes a lot to do this.

exactly. like how Khan and Linares got upset by "bums" when Prescott and Salgado are very very game fighters. most people just dont know enough about opposing fighters. it only takes a mistake or two and someone to capitalize.

                Boise better watch out!

ole el perro is a beast. but someone with some finesse can get him. you just gotta keep from getting caught for 10 rounds.
