Would Pac Have Stopped Cotto If....?

Bayless didnt stop it? Could Cotto have made it those last 2 minutes? If so, do you think Pac wouldve dropped him atleast 1 more time or not?

Pacquiao didn't seem to want to chase Cotto around. I believe Cotto would have made it but that saved us from a dull 12th round.

I think Cotto would have lasted, there was no need to stop it at the time he did. He was alot more hurt earlier in the fight.

No, Cotto was on full retreat mode the last 3 rnds, Pac stopped chasing and it was pretty obvious he didn't wanna keep hitting him. He dropped him during exchanges and Cotto was not gonna exchange anymore.

all of that is true but Cotto was starting to slow a little and that was a hard shot when Bayless stopped it. Plus Roach in the corner told Pac that he's being too nice and he wants him to finish it. I think its possible that Pac couldve followed up that big shot with a few more and got him

I was mad upset with Bayless though. He couldve easily had stopped the fight way back at the end of the 8th and definatly any time from the 9th on but he waits until the final 2min to do so? It upset me because the whole time I was going to wager on Pac to win by KO but I didnt like the odds that I had so I switched at the last second to Pac by UD for big money and this idiot stops it with 2min left. Even though I wagered, I wouldnt have been upset if he stopped it in the 9th because it was justified by why wait all that time and then stop it with 2min left? I wanted to kill him

Wasn't Cotto sitting on one of the ropes when Bayless stepped in?

Yes. Again, I wasnt upset with it from a boxing standpoint but more from a betting standpoint. Either way though, he shouldve did it in the 9th

It seems to me you guys arn't happy with Pacman winning an easy fight over cotto.

Only Cotto lying braindead in the middle of the ring would satisfy you.

This is why I think 90% of boxing fans should be lined up in front of a wall and shot in the ***ing head!!

Bert Sugar called a stoppage "humanely" so I don't have any problem with it..
