well it's not that he's slowing its more the fact than merk isn't using mitts and he's going at it barehanded so, Roy really isn't hit him with much. Notice how you can't even hear his punches over the music, most of the time you can in his previous videos.

damn man you don't understand how bad I feel to watch this. It's like watching a once upon a time roaring Lion slowly dying.

His handspeed is almost gone and he looks less active than his previous training sessions.
