god damn this is what roy has to down himself to without his sparring partners they couldnt even bring F'd pads for him to hit during his pad work?

i hope his prior training and natural talent and experience make up for the difference.

Roy still has rediculous handspeed. I liked the infighting padwork. never seen that done before.
