Did he even win that ****??? I dont recall seeing it or it being announced by Michael Buffer.

During negotiations, Miguel Cotto and Pacquaio couild not come together about fighting at the Welterweight limit (147) for Miguel's WBO title. After a couple weeks past, the WBC stepped in and announced that it would offer a diamond belt in recognition of the importance of this fight.. however, the belt would not be defended; its more like a trophy, an honorary belt that cannot be defended. Cotto agreed to 145 thereafter, and the WBO and WBC diamond belts were both on the line; the prior being the only one which the winner could defend.
