I would still pick Pac, but by close decision.
What aren't you guys understanding about this quote, directly from the horses mouth?

"Its no concern of mine whether it is 145 pounds or not," Cotto said.

"That is the usual weight that we cut down to for the weigh in, and in the ring—on fight night—I will go up eight to 10 pounds, so actually during the fight I will weigh around 155," stated Cotto.

Two extra pounds doesn't mean he'd beat Pacquiao. Are you nuts? He could have come in at 154 and still would have gotten his ass kicked.

Pacquiao wanted to fight Margarito BEFORE he was discovered to have plaster wraps and BEFORE Mosley beat him. Pacquiao was confident he could outbox him. Me, I think he would have stopped Margarito late.

Neither Cotto nor Margarito hit as hard as Pacquiao at WW. I always said it. Now I'm convinced after seeing what happened to Cotto's face without plaster.
See now thats just ****in funny.
If Manny took 317 shots from Cotto like Cotto took from Manny, Manny would be in a coma right now

What the hell are you talking about?

More speculation. "Would have", "should have", "might have"... **** that.

Pacquiao just demolished Cotto. That's a fact. Two pounds doesn't make a difference. It's likely that the more he weighs, the more he might slow down.

You cannot **** with Pacquiao's speed, and when you're gettinmg beaten to the punch every time and your opponent is literally toying with you, taking your best weapons away, you're gonna lose. This is all down to styles and speed.

And for sure, Margarito doesn't hit as hard. This is not just my opinion, it's not just my speculation, it's the words of sparring partners who have sparred with both Manny and Marg and therefore have a direct comparison.

Can't believe we even need to argue this point any longer.

You're not a Rican, but you sure seem like you have a problem with Pacquiao fans and probably Pacquiao himself, hence the use of the word "*******s".

Freddy Roach talks. A lot. Do you believe every single word that comes out of his mouth? Cause I don't. And yes, I have a huge amount of respect for Roach, he is a tremendous trainer and an excellent human being.

Shut up Burner. When you actually get something right, I'll talk.

BTW, can you actually try replying to the post instead of quoting random stuff and posting nonsense? WTF does it have to do with Oscar? Nothing.

2 pounds of muscle make a big diff. If it was up to Cotto, he wouldv showed up to the weighin at 147. Why do you think Freddy chose a catch weight. His confidence in Manny is obviously not as high as yiou all think. Freddy even mentioned one day that Duran would knock Manny out, eb=ven tho Duran would take Pac out, you would Mannys trainer would stand up for him and say yes he woul, or at least a "he has a good chance against Duran" And as for the sparring partners, Margarito put Porter on a ****in strecher, so hes the last one that should be talking ****. But hey man this is just my speculation. I respect Manny ALOT, Freddy, not so much
