Im a Floyd fan and I always say that Pac may have a chance early. To me its a 3-4 round fight. Pac has to stop Floyd in that time frame or he has to hurt Floyd super bad to the point where he is dazed for many rounds. Other then that, he's going to lose easily. Even if Pac is up 3-0 or 3-1 and has landed some very hard shots, he's still going to lose every round from 5-12 because Floyd will have figured him out. I think Pac has a shot early because he is Southpaw, starts fast, and Floyd has been jittery early in some fights recently, like the Hatton fight. I could see Pac catching Floyd slipping with a blind straight left. Other then that Floyd is going to kill him and all that is the worst case. Floyd could easily start fast from the jump and have it be a whitewash
