Calzaghe is undefeated, and would pressure Roy more than any of the top fighters he faced.

It's a tough match, but saying that the essential truth is that you are right - just because you are. Aren't a true reason. I could see Calzaghe win, not sure though. Roy was good, but so was Joe.

Roy proved one thing, he's still fast.

Imo Roy Jones Jr by KO. A totally shot and 40 year old RJJ knocked down and seriously hurt Calzaghe in the first round. A PRIME Roy Jones Jr would have ended it right there.
PPL come up with this nonsense about his legacy being tarnished because Kessler got beat badly by Ward. If anyone agrees with that than they have to agree that if Roy is competitive with B-hop who is still considered a top LHW even if he doesn't win, Joe's legacy goes back up in standing because of how badly he beat Roy.

I know you've admitted you are new to boxing, so I'll take it easy on you. I suggest you start watching old fights. A lot of them.

Calzaghe is a stylistic bad matchup against RJJ.

Calzaghe is just as fast if not just slightly less so... he smothers his opponents with combinations... and one thing that has been suspect with RJJ is that he relied too much with his skills that he forgot his fundamentals.

He spoiled himself. And Calzaghe is a bad matchup for him.

You really don't think it's a LITTLE spectacular to make a career as an undefeated worldwide known champion?
