Roy Jones by KO. Joe wouldn't stand a chance against vs. prime Roy Jones Jr.

roy jones is only 3 years older than Joe calzaghe. Don't make it seem like they are 10 years apart.

      Joe will give RJJ problems.

        Exactly.

RJJ style will always have problems against Calzaghe no matter the age.

You act like 3 years is nothing. Look at what Jordan was doing in 98 then watch him in 01...The guy was not the same.

            what are u an idiot?

ppl age diffrently. hopkins didnt hit his prime until he was past 35, meanwhile tyson was pretty much shot at 30.

joe at 36 was in his prime, maybe lost just a little but he had like 98% of his abilty intact. jones at 39 had like 2% of his abilty left. he was completely over the hill and a shell of a fighter.

age is just a number. as far as how much ability the have left they might aswell be 30 years apart.

and if they fought in their primes roy would annhilate him, i cant see calzaghe giving him any problems at all. joe leaves himself too open when he throws his wide shots, if roy still had his reflexes he would kill him.

Round one of their actual fight showed everything that needs to be shown. Roy has the power to KO Calzaghe and in his prime that is exactly what would have happened. Calzaghe throwing more only means he exposes himself more against a prime Roy. A Roy that still has the reflexes and timing to take advantage of it.

Hey idiot, if age is just a number like you said, people will not keep saying that roy was 40 when he fought joe. he was in fact 39 last year and joe was 36.

ok.... roy was not at his prime..blah blah blah... but don't keept mentioning the age

the point is he was washed up, joe wasnt. roy hasnt looked good since 2003 ffs. everyone knows he was done for when he came down from HW.

trying to pass it of as a impressive win for joe in any way is just ignorant and proves the person in question shoulnt be taken seriously.
