Who is the SMARTER HUMAN BEING; Floyd or Pacquiao?

Not boxing ability, not ferociousness, not who has more titles, more divisions, but who is the SMARTER person in general between the two.

Here is what i know between the two,

Pac grew up in abject poverty & is now rich & the most famous person in his country. If Araid jr. grew up in abject poverty would we even know about him?

Pac has done movies, commercials, music albums. All horrible (probably, most likely, i aint watching or listening to that crap) while Afraid jr. has done one at&t commercial & a appearance in wwe & some defunct mma outfit.

Pac can speak 2 languages. Afraid jr. stutters in his only language.

Pac can play the guitar & piano, AFraid jr. can clap his hands like a seal when being asked tough questions in a interview.

Pac never had tax problems or had his cars repossessed. Afraid jr. had his car repo'd, tax lien, & couldnt pay the trash man.

Pac is running for congress in his country, & someday probably the presidency. Afraid Mayweather jr. is running from top rated welterweights & the IRS.
