Because floyd is undefeated thats why..haters will NEVER agree with me but that 0 pisses them off lol..and when floyd opens his big mouth the haters hate even moreso..Combine the fact that he doesnt fight like manny..fans now are NOT boxingfans..[whoever said that here was right] there BLOOD THIRSTY lunatics is what they are and floyds style of fighting doesnt please them..if floyd was THAT boring why do people pay to see him? if floyd aint great then why does manny deserve SUCH credit if he beats him? [he wont]

The guy goes up two weight divisions beats castillo with virtually one hand [it was a close fight] gives him the rematch and this time obliterates him and yet pacfans and haters are still talking about there first match lol...

why does floyd draw what he does when no one likes him??

cause EVERYONE likes him..thats why..INTERNET fans dont..hell they were making fun of mayweather about how he cant draw vs marquez before the fight..REMEMBER THAT???? and then floyd does a million buys..why??? CAUSE THE PUBLIC LOVES FLOYD MAYWEATHER..the public is astonished at his skills even though 99% people here would disagree with me..why would they pay so much to see him if he's boring? why would they pay to see him if he aint good?? its only the ******* keyboard warriors that hate on this man..

Maybe if floyd got destroyed by a past it morales, ass kicked by marquez twice, and fought bull**** CATCHWEIGHT versions of hoya hatton and cotto then he'd get some respect..lmfao

^ Um, if you haven't noticed already...the majority of the people who tune in to watch Floyd are anti-Floyd fans. This is a fact. He sells his fights based on his negative persona, just like they do in the WWE.

Hardcore boxing fans make up the minority of the revenue brought in from Mega Boxing Events, so you have to find a way to appeal to casual fans. Floyd does this.

So, people are tuning in and paying to see someone finally shut this guy up.

Some times I read people digging into his accomplishments(cherry picker, etc.) and sometimes they say he basically isnt **** in the ring. Yet I read these same people turn around and talk about how Pacquiao will be top 10 ATG if he beats him.

So if hes so borring, how come the same people that ***** about his style are starving for a Mayweather-Paquiao clash and freaking out when there are signs that Mayweather might not sign for the fight? You guys are aware that against a prime, strong, fast threat like Manny, Mayweathers boring style is going to caution out to the fullest right?

And if he isnt anything special, how is a cherry picker that carefully aligned wins to make him look good going to boost Pacquiao into the top 10 ATG spots? Please enlighten me on all of this.
I like Pac and I like Mayweather. Sure Pac has done some great things but you cant just ignore what Floyd has done either. Floyd is an exceptional talent and is "gifted" as a fighter. Pac is one of the most relentless boxers ever. Floyd can go ahead and lose 3-4 fights and still be considered "great". He has plenty of time in my opinion.
Im not trying to be mean but the "super" Pac fans are probably the least knowledgeable on boxing of all the fans. It seems like they (in boxingscene) just kind of go around posting "Pac is god", Pac is the greatest ever, Pac is number 1 " and all that. While most of Floyds talk about actual boxing skills or boxing in general. I wouldn't put much weight on the hate.

Well ofcourse...However the public does not think he's boring as much as haters and pacfans think..and the public does not think he's overated AGAIN like how haters and pacfans think..thats my main point.

Well, obviously if they keep paying for his fights, it doesn't matter whether they think his style is boring tonight.

But the general consensus in my experience is that only avid boxing fans can appreciate Floyd's technical style...and casual fans this his fights are lackluster and boring.

I can appreciate his style, and admire his talents in the ring, but I personally like to see action in the ring, and two guys actually fighting.

            That's just my preference.

I agree. Saying Manny cherry picks is kinda absurd. If he wanted to stay at lightweight and clean it out, no-one could really have faulted him for staying there. It's because he made his last few fights look easy that people think he went out of his way to get easy fights. No matter how hard you look at it, Cotto was a big threat. And now he's looking to fight Floyd. He's taken risks from the very start of his career right through.

Cotto's lost made you a floyd fan and a Pac fan hater. You're really hurting inside and I highly advise you to see a Psychiatrist.
