Floyd Jr. or Roach? Floyd has always been great at the pre fight stuff and made his opponents hate him so much that they dont follow there own game plan. Roach however is brilliant at it now too. He talks down about every opponent, he says that he shows Pac's sparring to get the opponent scared of what they will have to deal with, and both guys have executed very well.
Floyd has already been the 1st Pac opponent to say that he will easily beat Pac, there not on the same level, he will toy with him, and that he is the best. Pac is not use to hearing anything like that. To me it already has Pac acting a little different as for the 1st time he is throwing jabs back at an opponent and we havent even really got started. I could see Floyd's talk getting in his head some.
On the flip side Roach is the first opposing trainer to come out and say stuff about how Floyd doesnt have the power to hold them off and Pac will walk right through him. Openly saying that Floyd is terrified of Manny. One thing I really like that he has been saying the most is about Floyd running. Other guys have said that Floyd will move so they will have to be the aggressor but Roach is putting it out there for the whole world to hear that Floyd will flat out run. I think he's going to say it more & more as the fight gets close so if Floyd moves at all during the fight then the whole crowd will instantly boo. Its like his comments will almost force Floyd to have to fight more because either the judges will get upset by the crowd booing after hearing what Roach said or Floyd will win but no one will give him major credit. I think thats brilliant for Roach to say that and I think it will only get worst.
On 24/7 you know Floyd will eventually respond by saying that he doesnt have to run from Pac because he can even beat him toe to toe since Pac is so much less skilled. This time he will have to live up to that response. Roach could be the 1st guy ever to get into Floyd's head which could change things. The problem is that I still say that if Floyd does fight more then it will hurt Pac because I honestly think Floyd is the better in-fighter so it could work against Roach
