Williams didn't turn Clottey down. It's the other way around. Williams offered him a $700,000 payday if I remember right which is plenty of money considering that Clottey is an undercard fighter and it was Paul's slot and Clottey bitched out just like the rest of Arum's punching bags. I say if Paul can make the weight at 147 then let him fight there. He proved that he can make that weight.. Those fighters should step up and sign the contract and not bow out after the press conference.
