If Taylor can keep firing the jab and righthand under Lacy's pressure and keep Lacy on the outside he wins a decision. Then again Taylor has problems with pressure fighters and Lacy can definitely outwork Taylor while checking his chin. This would be a very interesting fight. The jab gives Lacy problems and pressure gives Taylor problems. It would come down to those two things. Whoever can overcome those obstacles wins in my opinion.

I would say Lacy by brutal KO based on his activity & level of opposition. I don't think Taylor has the power to keep Lacy off him. The jab might hold him at bay for a few rounds but I think Lacy would get to him based on his conditioning & power. We all don't know just how good Taylor's chin is because it's never been tested where Lacy's has been tested his last few fights.

but taylor is quick he can "run" from lacy with the jab helping him

I reckon they should concentrate on being the best in their OWN division's 1st before fighting each other.

He could, but if he backs straight up like he's been doing, he'll get caught with one of Lacy's over-hand rights.

neither of them will be the best in their divisions. I mean Lacy arguably is right now, but Taylor's got Trinidad, Vargas, Wright, Ouma to worry about. And the chin checkers would both give Lacy hell right now. Codrington could upset Lacy now I think.

Taylor beats Lacy rather one-sidedly I think actually. He'd knock him out in a 12 rounder. 9th or 10th when Lacy would be completely out of steam.

Lacy Is "arguably" the best super-middleweight out there?

LOL!... A little bit of an insuler comment don't you think?

Well its between him and Calzaghe. I'd pick Lacy to win, but wouldn't be surprised if Calzaghe won. I'm not being patriotic if that's what you're implying. Couldn't care less if Lacy were from Planet Zero. Neither him nor Calzaghe are really all that good. They're just in a ****ty division.
