The referee Jack Reiss in the Ward-Kessler fight was worse. Anybody notice his smirk after Ward got Kessler with that last, nastiest, most obviously deliberate head butt?

Reiss kept giving hell to Kessler for holding, while it was Ward doing the holding while hitting. And Reiss kept going to Kessler's corner between rounds to give him a hard time for nothing! There were a lot of head games going on in the ring that night. Reiss was obviously paid off.

But I will say, anytime Ward held and hit he got away with it... when Kessler went to even clinch he was warned and split up.

Sven Ottke is a disgrace to boxing. Most of his title fight decisions were controversial and fixed. ROFL it makes me sick to even call the guy a boxer.

The judge that gave the fight to Reid was the notoriously incompetent Paul Thomas, the same one who scored Dimitrenko-Chambers as a draw and had the ridiculous score in Kotelnik-M'Baye II.

I understand your desire to defend your guy. But to even suggest this is fucking silly. I agree it was a bad display of officiating, but Ottke/Reid is the worst ever. Hands down. Only fight in history where a fighter gets a warning, and ultimately, a point taken for punching the other guy in the FACE.
