Mayol had his feet planted and was in the process of throwing a right hook to the body. it does look as if it was wreckless but if you watch the replay you can see that Sosa was jumping in. Sosa initiated contact and because he was jumping in he caused the damage. it would not have changed anything anyway, Mayol would have ended Sosa a few rounds later for sure. Dum jose sulaiman is an idiot for saying it was a blatant headbutt!!

But I was wondering if Mayol didn't have any head injury of that clash?
