Jones - Green Pay Per View????

Can someone tell me if this fight is on Pay Per view and what time it is on in EST? Or when and where I can watch it. Is it live on Versus? What time is it actually live in EST in the States?

It's on the Versus channel for free, followed by the Bernard Hopkins fight.

The Jones fight will be tape delayed though, so I recommend not checking the internets all day.

You guys think Jones is going to win. I put him in a huge parlay I need to hit and hes the last link. I wished I wouldnt have put him in now. Green is getting old himself but after watching a few fights of his, he isnt bad. Him and James Toney had a heated sparring match in 2004 and Green almost won. Thats when Toney was a solid heavy and Green was a Supermiddle. Its probably going to come down to if Green lands or not, he has good power and decent speed. If he gets Roy in trouble, RJJ wont be able to lay on the ropes.

Of course Jones is going to win. Green sucks man, he lost to Anthony Mundine.

If jones were to some how lose to Green, he'd retire from the game forever.

I agree. RJJ should be the favorite to win. But its a combo of things that has me worried.

I dont think Jones is as great as some people are saying (especially at this point). And I dont think Green is as bad as people are saying. Dont be fooled by Lacy and Omar Sheika wins for Roy. Green would crush them also. Throw in the fact, that Green has homefield advantage and this is Roy first pro fight out of the US.

IMO If Jones wins, this will be his best victory since 2003. I think Green is just a little better then the Lacys, Sheikas, old weighed down Trinidads and Prince Badi Ajamus. Still not that much better, so I guess I will just have to wait and see.

I agree that Lacy & Sheika are garbage at this point and I have no illusions of roy "being back" or anything like that. But still, the skills & especially quickness he showed in that fight leads me to believe he should take care of green relatively easy, even if green is a better fighter than both of those guys mentioned.

I just checked and its going to be PPV in Australia. Where its expected to be the biggest fight ever there. RJJ and Green will be making bank.

But here in the states its going to be on Versus later in the day. Right before the Hopkins fight.
