if Floyd & Manny retire next year, who will be the top two to replace them?

Poeple would just switch the majority of their attention to SMW's.... LHW's.. etc. Those divisions have lots of young potential greats.

poor Paul Williams wont have an easy time making it in the list since pretty much everyone is afraid to fight him.

Funny thing about the list is many fighters at the top are aging even not on the list just top guys in general, so at some point the list will be based on wins vs other unbeated prospects or be based on title defenses not just one big name win.
