If you mayweather fans are truly hurt and disgusted by this forum's attitude towards Floyd, why are you here? And I'm talking about those who's 80% of posts are about nothing but Floyd.

BTW, I post on 2 other forums and the attitude is pretty much the same. I don't know why you guys keep pretending like this is the only forum that feels this way about Floyd. I dont post on Maxboxing, though. Wonder how the sentiment is over there.

for the record, I dont think Floyd is overrated, I do feel, however, he is given far to much credit by his fans for his resume and accomplishments.

What I found funny was the De La Hoya-Mayweather press conferences. I was there for the one in Chicago. When Mayweather came out I'll say about 90% of the fans in attendance BOOED. When Oscar came out they screamed.

Once the press conference ended, Oscar took off after signing maybe 5 or 6 autographs.

Floyd stuck around and signed every single autograph and also took pics with any and everyone that asked (and trust me, there were a lot).

My point is the same fans that were booing him wanted his autograph and picture while the guy that they were NUTRIDING bounced almost immediatley. LOL!

Floyd haters are idiots. This guy has done more for the common fan than any other boxer I can think of.

I don't recall seeing Manny Pacquiao or Miguel Cotto riding around poor neighborhoods giving away food. Floyd has also donated countless dollars to his former high school, fundraisers, etc...

Lastly, I've been to more fights than I can remember and Floyd is HANDS DOWN the most accesible "big name" fighter I've ever encountered.

Ok, I'll leave the pacman out of this one. I'm sure he helped his people after the typhoon ravaged their homes.... What humanitarian things have you ever seen Shane Mosley, Miguel Cotto or Antonio Margarito do?

Floyd is known to have a good heart when it comes to helping people. Yet he's criticized like he's some kind of devil worshipper.

Floyd is just all HYPE that's why i call him a fraud. That thing you say about floyd helping people is not really about caring, it's only HYPE because if it's not, why announce it and shout to everyone on earshot he's helping/feeding hobos?

Pac rarely does announce his philantrophy and those that got in the media was not because he called them but for the reason the media found out.

Floyd may not be a devil worshipper (who knows?) but i'm sure all of those feedings shown were all just for show. A fraud in everything.

There's nothing that sucks about being a fan of a throwback fighter like Miguel.

Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, and Pacquiao. That's what you call the welterweight gauntlet right there.

Myself and most Cotto fans will always support Miguel because he puts it all on the line and doesn't avoid any challenges.

Funny thing is, *****s "talk about Floyd in 80% of their posts" while Floyd haters are talking about Floyd 95% of their time in BScene. They go as low as to put something Floyd-related in their sigs.
