Is Manny a bigger threat to Floyd's record than Oscar @ 154?

We know Floyd got the SD against an Oscar that can no longer pull the trigger.

I'm not giving Manny a full credit of dismantling Oscar @ 147 but the Oscar that fought Floyd @ 154 is he better than the Pacquiao that recently fought Cotto @ 145?

Also, would you consider Manny a better fighter compare to the Castillo that gave Floyd a fit on the Mayweather vs Castillo 1?

I just want to know where Manny stands because Floyd's a boxing prodigy.

Also, I see this fight as Floyd has everything to lose and nothing to gain because he is fighting a former 106 pounder. If Manny beats Floyd it would catapult Pacquiao "SORRY, I have to say it" greater than Ali.

Pacquiao is gonna be Mayweather's biggest challenge, I'll say that much. But Mayweather's confidence in facing Pacquiao does surprise me. Mayweather saw something probably most haven't seen in Pacquiao.

yes pac is a bigger threat than oscar.

the only reason why floyd is in a lose-lose situation is because he talks way too much **** and doesn't give his opponent any credit until immediately after the fight and only up to the point of the post fight presser.

they both weighed 106 lbs when they were much younger, so that should be thrown out the window. why would beating floyd catapult him greater than ali. if floyd beats manny, does that mean he's the greatest of all time since manny is the new freak of nature?

I've never seen Mayweather this confident before either. I'm not saying that Floyd is scared of Manny but in that Sky Sports interview I get the sense that he thinks Pac may be the first one to give him his first loss.

Because Floyd claim to be greater than all the other greats and the general public is chewing it. And if Manny beats Floyd, it would make Pacquiao look like God of boxing.

Plus, we know this is going to be the biggest boxing event in the history of the sport.

To me it's a lose-lose situation for Mayweather. If he does beat Manny, So?? You beat a former 106 pounder, why not fight Mosley or Williams?

From that Sky Sports interview, it didn't seem that he wanted to fight Pacquiao. All I got from that interview was that he couldn't believe why everyone was praising Pacquiao and not him.

But wasn't that before he saw what Pacquiao does to solid Welters such as Cotto?* If I was Floyd and I watched that fight I'd think twice about fighting him.

*And in fact before he fought Hatton.
