Well Pac PPV sales wasn't good without 24/7 so thank you answer my question. Neither fight is PPV king. The true PPV king is 24/7.

                    pre-delahoya

                    pacquiao-marquez 2 = 400-450k
                    pacquiao-barrera 2 = 350-400k
                    mayweather-judah = 350-400k
                    pacquiao-morales 1 = 350-400k
                    pacquiao-morales 2 = 350-400k
                    pacquiao-morales 3 = 350-400k
                    mayweather-gatti = 300-350k
                    mayweather-baldomir = 300-350k
                    pacquiao-diaz = 200-250k
                    pacquiao-solis = 150-200k
                    pacquiao-larios = 100-150k

                    post-delahoya

                    pacquiao-cotto = 1,250-1,300k
                    mayweather-marquez = 1,100-1,150k
                    mayweather-hatton = 900-950k
                    pacquiao-hatton = 850-900k

taking out delahoya fights , they are pretty comparable.

mayweather did way , way better with his delahoya fight than pacquiao but pacquiao had many more ppv's.
