Yea I thought they were both pretty good.

I would not call Spinks shot but he did look in decline in that fight. Now he has been very inactive so that could have been part of it. I think now that Spinks legs have slowed a little bit he will be more entertaining, I think he is atleast a decent challenge for anyone at 154 even if he is past his best.

I mean Spinks is only 31 years old and has a low impact style so he really should not have that many boxing miles on the odometer.

Every ages differently I guess though. I think inactivety is what has dulled his edge but it is possible to get that back, not liek the fight has been beat out of him yet.

Spinks used to be a good fighter but he looked shot against Latimore imo even though he won.

1 & 2 were not good but great fights. Again, everyone in boxing is so biased nowdays and hates to watch pure boxers but give me a high speed chess match over a brawl any day. Thats my kind of fight. I love it.

Spinks has always kind of confused me. He's a really good boxer, very sharp technically, but he loses to guys like Michelle Picillo, gets an MD over Mayorga, loses to Verno Phillips.....Like Spinks should be clowning guys like Mayorga with the technique he has.

And his latest fight he sc****d an SD over Latimore (not a bad fight though)

The whole "Spinks is boring" thing comes mainly from the Jermain Taylor fight, which was, quite....horrible to watch is the best I can put it

Spinks did one of the funniest dances in his 2nd fight with Zab.

Zab was on a mission for that second fight, it's probably th most focused I've ever seen him. I remember thinking, it was only a matter of time before he caught him. If I remember correctly, I think he caught him coming off the clinch. Several times coming off the clinch.
